Event Logs Greyed out


I’m newbie with OpenEdr.
I installed the agent on a workstation.
On the portal, when I select ‘Remote Tools’, Event logs is greyed out.
According to the message, I should upgrade CC agent but I’m already running the last version…

Does the event logs contains all the URL visited by the user ??
