AS the titles says ive been trying to get my account going since last night, even tried an alternate email, but it wont get passed the provisioning stage, its just stuck there.
Is there something amiss i need to know about or?
How do i get passed this to begin using the platform?
My apologies for the inconvenience! I just walked through the process myself and it took around 17 seconds for the environment to provision so it’s odd you’re experiencing this issue. For everyone, let us know if you have any hangs like this during provisioning.
I just signed up for my account and it constantly hangs during provisioning.

Regret the inconvenience you are facing. Could you please collect logs and share with us to investigate further.
I can’t get pass the provisioning stage to even download the agent. So I’m not sure what logs you will be able to collect. When I try to go-to devices I get a whole different login page.

As discussed, request you to drop an email with your contact information , all error screenshots and other details related to issue to " support@xcitium.com " which will automatically create ticket. Internal discussions about your issue have already begun and opening a ticket provides us with a communication path between you and support. The follow up process is also will be crystal clear as all you would require is to reply back to the same reply email with your queries and doubts which you receive back.
Please do share the ticket number once received and I shall follow up with the team from my end as well and get this sorted out.
