Use Open EDR software as the free foundation on which you will provide world-class SOC services for your customers.
The Free services are only covered for Communication Client(CCC). Using which you can manage your enrolled devices remotely from open EDR portal.
All AEP ( Advanced Endpoint Protection ) related features like CCS, Firewall etc comes under paid service.
